Bandits
* Go to shady merchant in city for information on caravan movements - 1st
* Go to shady merchant and pick up crate of weapons and deliver to Bandit outpost - 1st
* Highway Robbery - Approach NPC on road and intimidate/attack for toll charge - 2nd
* Attack farmstead (protected by farmer and hunting dogs). Kill farmer who is trying to rouse local opposition - 2nd to 3rd
* Attack caravan protected by guards, archers, & spellcaster - 2nd to 3rd

Guards
* Goto thieves guild contact (merchant/fence) to collect payoff for Guard Captain, use persuade/intimidate to collect more gold for PC
* Track down criminal (unlicenced thief), arrest/beat him. Take him to jail
* Catch pick pocket in market. Speak to local merchants (find what was lost) speak to youths, use persuade/intimidate.
* Interrogate prisoner, use persuade, intimidate to make him talk
* Visit snitch to pick up report for Guard Captain, persuade/intimdate for gold for PC
* Visit farmstead which was attacked by bandits, defeatkill bandits staying there.

Imperial Army
* Check citizens in marketplace for their papers. Persuade/Intimidate them for coin.
* Visit snitch for information to take to Commander. Persuade/intimidate for gold/information
* Interrogate captured resistance fighter. Trackdown suspect and arrest/kill them
* Destroy small cell of resistance fighters.
* Track down wizard/cleric that is hiding from army

Diggin the ideas, LR. I'd like to keep all quests moving pcs up and down a reputation scale for different factions concerning what quests they do. Catch a criminal? Gain reputation with the populace and the city guard, but lose it with the RTG. Kill an insurgent, and gain reputation with the Church of Iuz, the City Guard, but lose it with the Brotherhood of the Sundered Axe.

Anyways, that's what I'm thinkin.

Insurgents
* Payoff guards to look the other way
* Pick up and pass on information to Insurgency leaders
* Pick up weapons crate and deliver them to safe house
* Attack minor Imperial Outpost, and free captive.
