[list][*]Greyhawk: The Bandit Kingdoms will hard cap at 13th level, and soft cap at 9th level.
  • There will not be scripted quests designed for characters above 9th, you may continue to do existing scripted quests, although the experience rewards will decrease as you advance out of the quest's designed level bracket.
  • You may continue to pursue you own plots as well as dm story plots and one-shots.
  • No player character will be able to level beyond 13th level, or 12th level for ECL +1.

  • Base Classes
